Ringo Starr Signed 8 x 10 Richard Avedon Photo

Offered is an increasingly rare Ringo Starr signed 8 x 10 inch photo--he stopped signing autographs more than 12 years ago in 2008. The photo is a modern print of the famous photograph by Richard Avedon, from the 1967 session where he shot The Beatles. Four of the photos, including this one of Ringo, were further enhanced with psychedelic effects. The images appeared in a January 1968 issue of LOOK magazine and were later sold as posters and print sets. The posters and prints are highly sought after by Beatles collectors, and to find one of Avedon's images with a Beatle autograph is special, indeed. The photo is accompanied by letters of authenticity from noted Beatles autograph expert Frank Caiazzo and from Beckett Authentic. The photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Near Mint to Mint condition.
