Offered is a fascinating little archive of items related to the Presidency of John F. Kennedy which includes a 1963 cut signature and inscription of Sentator Ted Kennedy, a 1963 “All New England Salute Dinner” John F. Kennedy fundraising event program and a 1960 medium format negative of Robert F. Kennedy campaigning for his brother in 1960. The Ted autograph reads: “To Rosemary, Best Wishes, Ted Kennedy” and is a suberb example of a young Teddy signature. It measures 4 ½ x 3 inches and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The autograph was acquired at the 1963 fundraiser, whose program lists the young Senator as handling the “Introduction of Speaker (of the House of Representatives) John W, McCormack” who would then introduce the star of the evening, President John F. Kennedy. The event on October 19, 1963 comes just a month before the assassination of the President on November 22, and it's one of his last public events prior to that fateful trip to Dallas. Also included are two modern prints of the President and Senator Ted Kennedy at the event.

The original 4 x 5 inch medium format negative captures 1960 JFK Campaign Chairman Robert F. Kennedy with his father's personal secretary at a Democratice Primary Campaign event for his brother on March 17, 1960, in Minneapolis—it's the annual St. Patricks Day dinner of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. In the photo, Robert can be seen wearing the requisite “KENNEDY” lapel pin. A period newspaper clipping reporting on the event is included. The negative presents with age-related oxidation. Near Mint condition. The program measures 6 ½ x 9 ¾ inches and presents with moderate toning to the lower left of the cover. Excellent condition overall.
