Offered is a NEAR MINT copy of Jean Chapel's 1956 SUN Records 78 RPM single "Welcome to the Club" / "I Won't Be Rockin' Tonight". In 1956, she recorded a few rockabilly recordings under the name Jean Chapel with Sun Records; one of the tunes, "Welcome to the Club". Sun promoted her as "The Female Elvis", but the nickname stuck more successfully to Janis Martin. These songs were later on one side of a promo EP from RCA with Elvis' "Love Me Tender" and "Any Way You Want Me" on the other side. Measures 10 inches in diameter and is in stunning Near Mint condition with just the slightest disresses and based on the center hole may have never been played.
