Offered is a one sheet movie poster promoting the 1971 re-release of the 1957 classic sci-fi film 20 Million Miles to Earth. The film was developed to showcase the stop-motion animation of Ray Harryhausen, the legendary special effects created that developed the form of stop motion model animation known as "Dynamation". His works include the animation for Mighty Joe Young (1949). His early work featured Jason and the Argonauts (1963), which featured a sword fight with seven skeleton warriors. His last film was Clash of the Titans (1981), after which he retired. The poster measures 27 x 41 inches and presents with pinholes, color wear at the original factory folds and tape reinforcements in several spots. Bold color. Excellent condition.
