Offered is a collection of promotional pieces for Elvis Presley's 1957 film Jailhouse Rock. The highlight is the long silk-screened paper title banner. Theater owners would use these in areas too small for posters, often over doorways and behind the ticket counters. Most of these were designed to to "glow" when placed under a blacklight (much like a day-glo or blacklight poster)! Also included are an original pressbook for the film and 4 promotional 8x10 photos. The banner measures 28 x 4 3/4 inches and presents in Near Mint condition. The pressbook has several small cutouts.
