Offered is an archive of more than 20 pages of "Elvis Presley Show" concert tour documents pertaining to the technical aspect of the venue and stage sound as controlled by sound engineer Bruce Jackson, who worked for Claire Brothers Audio. The collection includes documents from Clair Brothers as well as Elvis' tour operators, Management Three productions, as well as Bruce Jackson's hand drawn stage set up and speaker arrangements for the concert stages. It's an interesting look into the inner workings of the 1970's Elvis Presley concerts. Documents present with expected but minor wear. Excellent condition overall.

These items and another 22 lots in this auction emanate from the estate of Elvis Presley's Sound Engineer, Bruce Jackson. In the 1970s. Jackson worked with Claire Brothers Audio Enterprises and was responsible for the onstage monitor sound for Elvis Presley for 100s of concerts. The offered artifacts hail from that period of Jackson's career. He would go on to work with Bruce Springsteen for 10 years, and did sound for Barbara Streisand, as well. In addition to Presley, Springsteen and Streisand, Jackson mixed concert sound for Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart and the Faces, Barry White, Jefferson Airplane, Ozzy Osbourne, Carly Simon, Three Dog Night, the Jackson 5, Cat Stevens, Glen Campbell, Art Garfunkel, Procol Harum and Lou Reed. Jackson kept a vast and interesting assortment of backstage passes, crew ephemera and tour documents from his time with Elvis Presley, some of which have rarely been seen by fans.
