The jersey is accompanied by a photo of Kruk wearing the jersey when he provided it directly to the charity sale. The "Alternate" style Russell Athletic size "50" jersey is signed by Kruk on the reverse on his number "29". The signature is pre-certified by Beckett Authentic.
