The offered publicity questionnaire was filled out by a 19-year old Pete Rose during his very first year in professional baseball, when he played for the Geneva Redlegs of the New York-Pennsylvania League, one of the Cincinnati Reds "Class D" minor league teams. The form from "William J. Weiss Baseball Statistics • Publicity" is stamped "July 19, 1960" and is neatly filled out in Rose's hand. He lists his nickname as "Scooter," and his off-season occupation as "Sports Equipment Seller." But the best notation on the form is the future Hall of Famer's answer to the question "Ambition in Baseball," to which Rose simply aswers "BIG TIME." Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. The form measures 8 ½ x 14 inches and presents with only mild expected wear from filing. Near Mint condition.
