The collection includes three items related to Elvis Presley's 1974 release Good Times. Most of the tracks on the album were recorded during recording sessions at Memphis' Stax Studio from December 10-17, 1973. The album was released on March 20, 1974, with two released singles, both hits: "I've Got a Thing About You Baby" which rose to #4 on the Country charts, #39 pop and "My Boy" which hit #1 on the Adult Contemporary charts, as well as #14 Country and #20 Pop. Included in this collection are:

  • MINT condition RCA promotional poster (measuring 22 x 8 inches) for the album proclaiming “NOW IN STOCK! ELVIS!! ELVIS!! ELVIS!!”;
  • “NOT FOR SALE FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY” Copy of the LP--an Indianapolis first pressing based on the album's matrix numbers, with its original inner sleeve. The record is very clean, but the sleeve has expected distresses from handling. VG condition; and
  • a period RCA “Phonograph Records” shipping case with the RCA Indianapolis Pressing Plant address—it was originally sent to a record store in Chicago, IL. The box was in several pieces, but has been reassembled with packing tape. Poor condition, technically, but presents well.
