Offered is a 1939 Philadelphia Athletics score card signed by Hall of Famer Lefty Grove and from A's great Jack Quinn. In honor of the 100th anniversary of baseball in 1939, Connie Mack presented an exhibition game between the 1910 and 1929 World Series Champion Athletics teams between the two games of a double header held on September 10, 1939. The offered scorecard is scored for the first game of that doubleheader, where the Red Sox won 10-7, and signed on different pages by both players. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication. The program measures 7 x 11 inches and presents with moderate stains and scuffing, a look centerfold page but very bright colors Excellent condition.
