Offered is an Elvis Presley stage-worn 14K gold, diamond and ruby ring gifted to a fan backstage after a concert in 1975. The ring has 6 diamonds and 2 rubies on its gold nugget face. Elvis gave the ring to Cheryl Woods after meeting her and some other fans after a show at The Summit in Houston, Texas. The ring is accompanied by a letter from a friend of Cheryl's who purchased the ring after she passed away. The letter reads:

This letter is authenticate [sic] the Diamond and Ruby ring sold to Chris Davidson, November 21, 2000. This ring was the property of Elvis A. Presley, and was given to Mrs. Cheryl Woods in 1975, backstage at The Summit, in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Woods passed away in 1997, leaving her Elvis collection with her husband, who also passed away in 1999. I was at The Summit, standing within six foot of her when Elvis took the ring off his finger, handed it to her and kissed her on the cheek. As we had met on several occasions at different concerts and Elvis related functions, I then told her if she ever wanted to sell the ring to let me know. After she passed away, her husband contacted me about her collection. I went to see what was there and was told it was not for sale at that time. When he passed on in 1999, I was contacted by the daughter, who sold me several pieces, the above mentioned included. This statement is issued with the passing of this 14K, 6 diamond, 2 ruby, nugget ring, to Chris Davidson, of Las Vegas, Nevada.

The ring is also accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from the Elvis Presley Museum signed by Jimmy Velvet  attesting to his opinion that the ring is authentic. Also included is a letter from Chris Davidson confirming the details of the ring. The remainder of "14K" is still visible on the interior of the band. The size 10 1/2 ring weighs 8.5 grams. The ring shows signs of moderate use. Near Mint condition.
