Offered is an RIIA Gold Record Award for Anthrax's 1990 LP Persistence of TIme. The album was released in August of 1990 and was certified Gold by the RIAA on January 17, 1991. The award's plaque reads "PRESENTED TO RICK ROGERS TO COMMEMORATE THE SALE OF MORE THAN 500,000 COPIES OF THE ISLAND/MEGAFORCE RECORDS ALBUM, CASSETTE AND C.D. 'PERSISTENCE OF TIME.'" Rogers was an industry marketing executive who helped in the album's promotion. The award measures 17 x 21 inches and presents with wear to the black frame and some scuffing to the plexiglass. Excellent to Mint condition.
