Offered is a Roberto Clemente signed 1962 Topps #10 card, encapsulated by Beckett Authentication. Clement, of course, died in a tragic plane accident on December 31, 1972, during a flight with relief aid that Clemente had arranged for victims of a Nicaraguan earthquake that had occurred a week earlier. During his career he signed very few baseball cards--they are considered some of the toughest signed cards of his era. He has signed in blue ballpoint pen to the left of his image. Excellent condition.
