Offered is an interesting group of of documents from Sun Records and two of Sam Phillips music companies featuring orders for records by Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash and Charlie Rich, as well as mastering work done by Elvis Presley's guitarits Scotty Moore. The Sun receipt for 1200 copies of "Blue Suede Shoes" is especially interesting, coming just weeks after Perkin's injury in a March 1956 car crash that paused his career just enough to let Elvis leap frog him with his own version of Perkins song.

Sun Record Company, 4/21/56: Lists order for more than 1000 45s and 78s of Perkins Sun #234 "Blue Suede Shoes" and an order of 50 copies of his Sun #224 "Gone, Gone, Gone" - also Sun #232 Johnny Cash "Folsom Prison Blues";

Sam Phillips Recording Studios of Nashville, Inc., 4/63 and 10/62, Two receipts for mastering by Scotty Moore (signatures are carbon copies);

Sam Phillips International, 7/1/60, Receipt for Charlie Rich single "Lonely Weekends".

All have small pieces of tape on top. Excellent condition.
