Offered is a wonderful 24x18 inch canvas print signed by four WWII Women Airforce Service Pilots, known as WASPs. Nell Bright, Anna Flynn Mankiewicz, Bernice Falk Haydu and Florence Shutsy-Reynolds have all signed the large photo of four other WASP pilots. Members of WASP became trained pilots who tested aircraft, ferried aircraft and trained other pilots. Their purpose was to free male pilots for combat roles during World War II. In a recent, bizarre act of political cowardice, the U.S. Army has scrubbed any record of their service from their website. The large photo on canvas is accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA.
