PSA/DNA Encapsulated Offered is a Frank Sinatra and Tommy Dorsey signed ticket from Dorsey's show on March 14, 1942, at the Coliseum in Houston, Texas. The ticket was given to attendees and promised reduced entry into another show later that evening at a nightclub called The Plantation. Both artists have signed the black back. Starting in late-1939, Sinatra joined Dorsey's touring band. Dorsey was a major influence on Sinatra and became a father figure. Sinatra copied Dorsey's mannerisms and traits, becoming a demanding perfectionist like him. He asked Dorsey to be godfather to his daughter Nancy in June 1940. Sinatra later said that "The only two people I've ever been afraid of are my mother and Tommy Dorsey." A wonderful example of Sinatra's early-career signature.
