Offered is a 1956 Elvis Presley Original News Service Photo in Court After His Fight at Memphis Gas Station. The detached paper caption reads in part “Elvis is being sworn in in City Court along with the two men he fought with last night. Edd Hopper, 42, (left) and Aubrey Brown, 21, (second from left), were both fined on an assault and battery charge. Presley was cleared. The witnessing officers are at right. 10/19/56. Also included is a second photo which shows Aubrey Brown being booked for the fisticuffs. Both photos measure 8 x 10 inches. Near Mint condition overall.
