Offered is a 1956 Elvis Presley Original News Service Photo sitting proudly on His New Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The photo appeared on the cover of the May 1956 magazine The Enthusiast ("A Magazine for Motorcyclists"). Based on the publication cover date and the fact there are no leaves on the Memphis foliage in the background, this photo is most-likely March or earlier. He bought the Harley HK model pictured, his second Harley, in mid-January. 

The back stampings indicate that the photo was distributed by the "N.Y. Daily News Photo" service, and was used in at least two issues of Movie Life magazine that year. Measures 8 x 10 inches and presents with many editorial markings, as expected, and some toning on the front. Great image quality for a legendary image. Excellent condition.
