Offered is a 1956 Elvis Presley Signed Document for a company meeting of "Elvis Presley Music, Inc." In December 1955 after signing with RCA, Elvis signed a contract with Hill and Range Publishing Company, owned by the Aberbachs, They set up this separate firm called "Elvis Presley Music, Inc." which enabled Elvis to share with Hill and Range the publishing ownership of songs bought by Hill and Range for him to record. The document is a procedural motion for the corporation to make expense payments to the principals--Elvis, Jean and Julian Aberbach and Colonel Parker. Elvis has signed, along with his father, Vernon. The document is accompanied by LOAs from Graceland Authenticated and Beckett Authentic. Near Mint condition.
