Offered is a 1963 "MONO" copy The Beatles Please Please Me album cover signed on the reverse by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. This is a tremendous example of this early Beatles LP signed by all four lads, though the signatures of Lennon and Harrison have been professionally enhanced to achieve this wonderful presentation value. Including the offered Please, Please Me, by mid-1964, The Beatles had released seven albums in the U.K., U.S. and Canada, AND they were about to release the film A Hard Day's Night. The album cover is accompanied by an LOA from Beckett Authentic. Paul and Ringo have signed boldly, and Paul, John and George added their usual "XXX", a common addition to their signatures in the period. Ringo's signature is accompanied by the inscription to our lucky fan, "Jan." The record exhibits moderate wear but great color. Excellent condition.
