Offered is an oversized Hessler lithograph of President Harry S. Truman bearing a facsimile autograph. The lithograph is based on a famous official photographic portrait of Harry S. Truman taken by George Hessler. A former Missouri senator and vice president, Truman won election in his own right in 1948 and left office in 1953 after desegregating the armed forces and committing the United States to containing Soviet expansion. The lithograph measures 17 x 23 inches and is beautifully framed. Near Mint condition.
