Offered is a 1944 Super Magician Comics #5 (Street & Smith, 1944) featuring stories with Blackstone, Red Dragon, and Buffalo Bill, and one that tells the origin of Mr. Twilight. Kenshaw Reed is framed for a murder he didn?t commit. But he escapes from the train taking him to Sing Sing. Now thought dead, he becomes crime-fighting killer vigilante Mister Twilight. ?Perhaps someday I?ll convince them that Kenny Reed was innocent?but until then I?ll let them think he is dead. Meanwhile it?ll be a lone, shadowy fight for Mr. Twilight to kayo crime in New Harbor City?and elsewhere! Good color but minor scuffing on the cover. Small chip on back cover. Mild even toning on interior pages. Excellent condition.
