Offered is a full copy of the early edition of The Boston Globe announcing that the New England Patriots were sure to fall in Super Bowl LI to the Atlanta Falcons. “A Bitter End” is the headline above the image of Tom Brady on the ground after failing to stop Flacons receiver Robert Alford from running to the end zone after intercepting the Patriot' QB near the end of the first half. These early out-of-town editions of the “Globe” printed the front-page headline assuming the New England Patriots would lose while trailing 28–3. Instead, the Patriots completed a historic 34–28 overtime comeback win, rendering the early print run a famous misprint akin to "Dewey Defeats Truman." Near Mint condition.
