While the record was initially certified Gold on September 3, 1971, the offered award was likely produced in a later period based on the style. The plaque reads "Presented to Papa John Creach to Commemorate RIAA Certified Sale of More than 500,000 Copies of the Grunt Records Album, Compact Disc and Cassette 'Bark.'" The award measures 17 x 21 inches. Near Mint condition.
